3. To avoid frequent breaks in charging, please adjust the phone's position to be correctly in contact with the sensor area for wireless charging.
4. Regarding overheating, our wireless car charger features temperature control technology to protect your phone. It is normal for phones to get hot when charging.
But our item will automatically control the temperature under 45?, avoiding damage to customers' cellphones. 
We suggest that users mount the car charger on the AC vent throughout summer. With the cold air from the AC, the phone can cool down and charge better.
